REPOSITION NAIL SALON TO HOLISTIC WELLNESS CENTER
Develop a Brand Strategy: Create a brand strategy that effectively communicates the expanded service offerings to attract a new target audience while retaining existing customers.
Target Audience Shift: Identify and appeal to a new target audience that would be interested in massage and holistic treatments, particularly women in their 30s-40s.
Client Communication: Collaborate closely with Nadine to ensure her preferences and vision for the salon were reflected in the new brand identity.
Effective Design Implementation: Design a cohesive brand identity, including typography and color palette, that conveys a luxury and calming experience.
Create Comprehensive Collateral: Develop both printed and digital materials, including business cards, letterheads, flyers, and a new website design, that guide customers towards booking the new services.
Ensure Cohesive Brand Experience: Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints to provide a unified and compelling brand experience for Nadine's customers.
Nadine's salon was successfully transformed with a new brand strategy and identity. This included an elegant font palette and calming colour scheme, to resonate with her new target audience.
I created printed and digital collateral, along with a brand new website, to help guide customers towards the new services.
Nadine has since received positive feedback and anticipates business growth as a result of the rebrand. We both have gained valuable insights into effective client communication and marketing strategies since starting this project.
